The Foundation for the Philippine Environment is accepting applicants for

PROJECT OFFICER for National and Special Concerns Unit

(Office in Manila)

Basic Functions:

  • Program Performance Analysis
  • Project Development, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PDME) of grants/projects
  • Technical guidance and assistance to project partners
  • Establish and maintain linkages with government agencies, NGOs, POs, and other institutions


  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, natural resources management, community development and/or other related courses, preferably with graduate education or units
  • At least three (3) years experience in project/program development, monitoring, and evaluation, preferably community-based initiatives
  • At least two years’ experience in group facilitation and in documentation work
  • Possesses above average computer literacy (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, data base, and other applications)
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years’ experience in networking and partnership building with various sectors or multi-stakeholders and resource mobilization
