Honda & Green Island Bays

Honda & Green Island Bays

Address: Palawan

Description: Owning two world heritage sites, an endemic bird area, and a Philippine priority area for conservation, there’s no doubt that Palawan is one of the few remaining – albeit constantly threatened – environmental havens in the country. Marine resources, in particular, have been the focus of this area’s CBCRM project, which empowered and educated the local fisherfolk.
