On December 23, 2019, the Visayas Regional Operations (VRO) of the Foundation for the Philippine Environment represented by its Regional Operations Manager, facilitated the first release of the PhP100,000 grant award to the officers of the Balinsasayaw Twin-Lakes Farmers Association, Inc. (BTLFAI). The BTLFAI was recognized as a performing people’s organizations in Visayas which sustained the conservation and management of the Balinsasayaw Twin-Lakes Natural Park located in Barangay Enrique Villanueva, Sibulan, Negros Oriental
